Defenders UK: Episode 5

Enforcement officers discover an illegal puppy farm in Cannock, putting profit over care. Thirty dogs and two racoons are found kept in filthy conditions, some of them locked in old cars. There's no water, food or in some cases ventilation. Plus, a rogue kitchen trader swindling customers out of thousands of pounds
