Heathrow readies itself for a flurry of passengers as it's announced that holidaymakers can travel to 12 new countries. To keep Britain safe - and to keep it as simple for passengers as possible - a new traffic light system has come into operation, dividing Heathrow's 206 destinations into colours. Passenger Service Manager Demi is tasked with helping the many confused passengers, including one very agitated granny-to-be who has been turned away from her flight and isn't going quietly. The airport police are also hard at work as Sergeant Dawson is on the search for a missing child in Terminal 2.
