US reality series in which tough-talking bar and nightclub owner Jon Taffer and his team of experts attempt to salvage the fortunes of struggling bars. Jon visits Champs, a dated sports bar in Burbank, California. Once top of the table with sports fans, it is now firmly in the relegation zone due to outmoded decor, ridiculously strong drinks, careless bartending and greasy grub.
