Paramedics are called to save a 27-year-old diabetic woman who's trapped in a three-car pile-up on the M6. In Coventry, paramedics Neil Vann and Laura Perkins are called to an 82-year-old man with severe breathing problems, who is on the point of death and has left a note asking not to be resuscitated. Meanwhile in Birmingham, a crew rushes to save a man with a history of heart attacks who is suffering chest pains at work.
