George Clarke's Old House, New Home
George Clarke gets to work on a 300-year-old house in Broadstairs, which was once a school and a retirement community, leaving it with a few quirky features - not least a row of three toilets. For inspiration, he visits the Royal Pavilion in Brighton. He also helps a couple make the most of the tiny living room in their 1930s south London bungalow.
