DIY SOS: Romford

Home renovation programme. Nick Knowles is in Romford to sort out the Morris family's DIY disaster. They have been trying to convert the loft of their bungalow into a space suitable for Sharon's autistic 17-year-old son Perry, who doesn't have a bedroom of his own. The team attempts to create a place for Perry that will help him live as independently as possible, whilst still keeping him in the family home where he feels safe. Can they turn an attic into a bedroom, kitchen and bathroom?
