DIY SOS: Holmfirth

Nick Knowles travels to Holmfirth, West Yorkshire, to meet Richard Ford, a former policeman who suffered a devastating brain-stem stroke in 2012, and is now confined to an electric wheelchair. With limited movement and speech, he communicates with wife Jude and his three sons via an iPad, but has little privacy when it comes to using the toilet.
