Raymond Blanc wants the remaining couples to adjust their menus to include the national cuisine of a foreign country, while maintaining their own concept and identity. To test if they get it right he is sending each restaurant a group from the country in question. One couple add some South American zip to their British fare; another finds inspiration from Scandinavia - and that means reindeer - while one couple attempt French cuisine. But for one couple this week is the last straw.
