The Restaurant: Ep 1: Alan Shatter and Rachel Allen

Maitre'D John Healy returns with Sean Moncrieff as the voice of the tenth series of The Restaurant, alongside resident critics Tom Doorley, Paolo Tullio, and a guest critic each week. The hugely popular Irish reality television series will see six celebrities become head chefs over six weeks. In the first episode of the brand new series, former Minister for Justice, Alan Shatter, and Irish celebrity chef, Rachel Allen, will be whisked off to the home of The Restaurant - the stunning Wineport Lodge in Glasson, Co Westmeath, where Alan will attempt to produce a top-class, three course menu with two value-for-money wines and Rachel will be guest critic.
