Dave Myers and Si King travel the country on a mission to bring together the best local restaurants with the most innovative local suppliers. Each week, the duo base themselves in one stunning region, meeting with local chefs in the hopes of inspiring them to find new ingredients from producers that they can showcase on their menus. In the first episode, Dave and Si head to Penarth, South Wales, where they meet a father and daughter team at their restaurant, Home, before heading out to find potential new suppliers that can offer the pair ingredients of the highest quality for their eight-course tasting menu.
