The Great British Bake Off: USE THIS ONE

Over the past 10 weeks, the bakers have taken part in 27 challenges, tackling baking disciplines from cakes to bread, pastry to puddings, and biscuits to chocolate. Now, three contestants remain and they must face one more weekend of baking before this year's winner is chosen. The signature challenge sees them take on enriched dough as they make filled iced buns, and in the technical the finalists must prove they have mastered something they have all previously struggled with. For the showstopper, they must achieve perfection as they bake classic British cakes in the hope of impressing Mary and Paul for the last time
