Neven Maguire travels to the town of Sligo, where he meets Aisling Kelly of the Sligo Oyster Experience, and visits Voya Seaweed Baths in Strandhill, where owner Neil Walton has successfully revived an Irish coastal tradition. Later, Neven meets chef Eithna O'Sullivan of Eithna's By The Sea, who shares her recipe for spiced lobster with sea spaghettis
