MasterChef: Episode 6

Restaurant critic William Sitwell sets the brief as John Torode and Gregg Wallace introduce the second quarter-final, from which the best contestants go through to Knockout Week. His challenge for the amateur cooks is to make an exceptional dish, either cooking a savoury recipe that has no meat or fish, or a tart dessert. After preparing their dish, the candidates must stand before William, John and Gregg and hear what they think of their offering and how well they have adhered to the brief
