Jeremy Pang's Hong Kong Kitchen

Jeremy is joined in Hong Kong by fellow chef and friend Simon Rimmer as they step into the kitchen to put their own spin on an indulgent prawn toast sandwich, tour the city's old town, and make a pit stop at the city's oldest noodle factory. Jeremy also takes Simon to the hills on a morning cycle ride that is followed by a beachside barbecue where they cook vegetables, chicken wings and pork using Jeremy's secret sauce.
