Jamie's Great Britain: The West Country

Jamie Oliver arrives in the West Country, and decides to look beyond the usual fare of pasties, Cheddar and cider to find alternative dishes. In Bristol, he visits a traditional Jamaican chef, and joins radio DJ Jules Davis to sample her mother's Guyanese specialities. He also goes foraging for mushrooms, prepares an apple pepperpot pudding using Caribbean spices, and cooks a centuries-old recipe for Bath chaps - otherwise known as pigs' cheeks
