Hoping to encounter the cowboys he admired as a child, Jamie Oliver heads for Cody in Wyoming, where he samples one of the staples of a cattleman's diet - pitchfork fondue. The chef also gets the chance to ride a bucking bronco on rodeo night and meets rancher Hip Tillet, who teaches him how to prepare local speciality Rocky Mountain oysters
