James Martin's Great British Adventure (2018)

James Martin is joined by chef Galton Blackiston in Norfolk, and the pair visit Galton's successful fish and chip shop, which inspires James to cook a fish dish on the beach. Later, James heads to Norfolk Lavender to find out why it grows so well in this county and how it is distilled for oil, before making a very special deep-fried soft-boiled egg salad with croutons and bacon.
