Chefs from the South West present their mains and desserts celebrating the Olympics and Paralympics. One contestant prepares a main of venison cooked three ways with celeriac, while the others serve up lamb rump and neck with smoked aubergine, and sticky pork, pork belly and burnt pineapple jam. Desserts include a chocolate mousse gold medal, served with dark glasses
