Andi Oliver presents as the chefs from the North East of England prepare dishes inspired by the Olympic and Paralympic Games. One chef prepares a barbecue duck crown, duck neck offal sausage and smoked duck-fat muffins, taking inspiration from Olympic bronze champion runner and local man Brendan Foster. The other two pay homage to the flavours of the five continents symbolised in the Olympic rings. For the sererts, one dish celebrates Team GB's success in tennis in the form of an edible tennis ball hyssop yoghurt cheesecake with liquid lemon centre and woodruff ice-cream choux tennis racket handle.
