Creative culinary competition. It's a battle for the main course for three of London and the south east's finest chefs - Matt Gillan, Lee Westcott and Mark Froydenlund. Returning contender Matt is determined to bring home a 10 with his ambitious celebration of the billy goat but has he bitten off more than he can chew with his complex main?
