Welsh chefs Tom Westerland, Cindy Challoner and Andy Sheridan serve up their music-themed mains and desserts, starting with an Oasis-inspired loin with rhubarb and beetroot, a beef dish named after The Cow Shed stage at Glastonbury loin and a second, more spicy beef named after a Spice Girls classic. The desserts include a symphony of chocolate and coffee in tribute to Welsh songstress Shirley Bassey and an Eton mess in homage to the Sex Pistols
