Chefs Paul Walsh, Luke Selby and Ben Marks compete in the heats for the London and South East region, each preparing starters and fish courses. They are competing to cook at the final banquet, which takes place this year at Abbey Road Studios to mark 50 years since the Beatles played live together for the last time. Ben and Luke both present starters inspired by songs by the Fab Four, and Paul opts to use john dory for his Oasis-inspired dish for the fish course, titled `What's the Story Morning Dory?". Elsewhere, disaster strikes for Luke when problems with the tempura batter for his spiced mackerel dish threaten his chances in the competition
