Great British Menu: London and South East

Cookery competition presented by Heston Blumenthal. The country s chefs have cooked for the Queen and for the French. Now they compete to cook a four course dinner at London's Gherkin building. Judge Matthew Fort will select two chefs from each region. This time, in the London and the South East, he chooses between Jason Atherton, Jake Watkins, Adebola Adeshina and Atul Kochhar. The seven winners from the regional heats will then cook in the national finals.
