It's dessert day in the finals and the last chance for the competing chefs to impress the judges and secure a place at the final banquet - a celebration of the very best local produce from across the land. The pressure is on as they all want the honour of cooking for HRH The Prince of Wales who is hosting the banquet and at the end of the programme the judges will finally reveal the four dishes which will make up this year's Great British Menu
