Great British Menu: Wales

Cookery competition presented by Heston Blumenthal. The country s chefs have cooked for the Queen and for the French. Now they compete to cook a four course dinner at London's Gherkin building. Judge Matthew Fort will select two chefs from each region. This time, in the Wales, he chooses between Angela Hartnett, Chris Chown, Stephen Terry and James Sommerin. The seven winners from the regional heats will then cook in the national finals, and the winner will be chosen by viewers' phone vote.
