Gino's Italian Escape: Hidden Italy: Tremiti Islands

The next leg of Gino D'Acampo's trip sees him leave the mainland behind to visit the remote Tremiti Islands, an archipelago 22 miles off the coast in the middle of the Adriatic. After a tour of the largest island the chef Gino collects wild herbs and uses the morning's catch to create a fish kebab on the beach. Gino also heads out to see the world beneath the waves and explores the medieval fortress that was once a prison, before cooking his own twist on the Italian steak dinner
