He then travels to Saint Saturnin D'Apt and the St Hubert Restaurant where he cooks under the instruction of Claude Arnaud. He returns to L'Isle sur la Sorgue for a garden barbeque of bass flamed in brandy, quail, two types of sausages, sardines and lamb kebabs.
