Nick hosts the fourth night in Devon, preparing a menu that he hopes represents his personality - big, bold and brash - although after his argument with Ajay, he is planning on turning down the banter. However, salon owner Hannah is not impressed with Nick's venison main and ladybird-loving Pascale finds the portions a bit too big. But undertaker Simon is happy to polish off any leftovers - is Nick in with a chance of bagging the £1,000 prize?
