Come Dine with Me: Celebrity

In this celebrity special round, Anneka Rice, Linda Robson, Aggie MacKenzie, Rowland Rivron and Toby Young take it in turns to throw dinner parties for each other. And at the end of each night, the famous guests secretly give their host a score out of ten. The chef who cooks up the highest scoring feast wins £1,000 for their favourite charity. More familiar with London's top restaurants than his own kitchen, Rowland Rivron is a self-confessed first-time chef. His meringues are stuck to the baking tray, his pancakes leave a lot to be desired and, for once, this comedian just can't get his timing right. After an hour-and-a-half wait, Rowland's celebrity guests have had nothing but champagne to numb their hunger pains, and Aggie, for one, is starting to get snappy. A miniscule caviar starter doesn't do a lot to satisfy, especially for Linda, who is not a fish-egg fan. Will Rowland's hefty main course of chicken in white wine and vegetables go down better?
