Ainsley's National Trust Cook Off: Genevieve Taylor and Nico Reynolds

Ainsley Harriott is joined by chefs Genevieve Taylor and Nico Reynolds at the kitchen garden of Tyntesfield in Somerset to see who can create and cook the Dish of the Day. Ainsley collects patty pan squashes for a chargrilled summer squash and spring onion with urfa chilli dressing and whipped ricotta, Genevieve creates the perfect pizza blanca topped with gorgonzola, chard and sweet red peppers, and Nico uses Tyntesfield onions in his grilled cod and prawn in a ginger and coconut broth
