Property experts Jonnie Irwin and Jasmine Harman help Guy Adams and Teresa Jenkins decide where they should open their own B&B. This adventurous couple have already sold their home and are ready to concentrate on their new business. Teresa wants to get back to her Welsh roots and favours Snowdonia in North Wales, but Guy feels Brittany in France would be the perfect place for them to start afresh. With a budget of £700,000 at stake does it make more sense to stay in the UK where they both speak the language and understand the market or is it worth risking it all and moving away to France?
