Manchester couple Richard Pennington and Danielle Weston had been looking for a holiday home in Tuscany but soon discovered that their budget of £95,000 wouldn't buy them much. So they visit neighbouring Emilia Romagna, where they are amazed to find farmhouses, hillside cottages and a village house in Parma that's an amazing £30,000 under budget.
