Andalucia in southern Spain remains the most popular place for Brits to buy abroad. But prices in some areas, especially the Costas, have become almost prohibitive. That's not the case in the largely undiscovered inland province of Jaen. This is Andalucia's cheapest province and with house prices as little as a third of those on the coast, there are some serious bargains to be had. John Hayes and Beth Millard from Surrey spend all their time in England working just to keep things going, and finding time to raise a family looks impossible. So they've taken the incredibly bold decision to pack in their well-paid graphic design and human resources jobs, sell their house and start a whole new life in far less hectic rural Spain.
