Hungary's beautiful capital city Budapest sits astride the Danube. This World Heritage city is crammed with history and wonderful architecture and since joining the EU, property prices in the centre have risen substantially. Young, thrusting would-be property magnate Jason Wynne is aiming to invest £100,000 in what he hopes will be the first property of a future overseas property empire.
