Mildred Hubble attends Miss Cackles Academy for Young Witches. She hangs round with her friends Maud Moonshine, Ruby and Jadu. Everything seems to end in disaster when Mildred's around, and her arch enemy Ethel Hallow and her friend Drusilla Paddock are almost always behind it.
