Oswald: The Big Balloon Rescue

The adventures of a loveable blue octopus, his pet hot dog and a cast of quirky characters who reside in Oswald's hometown - Big City. On a very windy day, Oswald and Weenie volunteer to look after Catrina and buy her a balloon as a present, only for the wind to carry her off into the sky.
