Mama Mirabelle's Home Movies: Hot and Cold Running Critters

Programme for pre-school children combining animation with live action footage from National Geographic and the BBC film archives. The stories centre around the adventures of a group of animals on the African savanna, including Mama, a maternal elephant; her calf, Max; a cheetah named Bo; Karla, a zebra; and monkey brothers Kip, Flip, and Chip. On an especially hot day on the savanna, Mama lets the gang in on the tricks of the trade that animals use to adapt to the weather of their environment.
