The Hotel Inspector: The Vidella, Blackpool

Reality series in which Alex Polizzi tries to transform some of Britain's ailing hotels. In this episode, Alex meets Neil and John who were best friends when they took over The Vidella Hotel in Blackpool a decade ago. They both love a joke and guests were greeted by bangers in the wardrobes, fake insects in the breakfasts and a pound coin stuck to the floor in reception. However, the jokes are now wearing thin and things have started to take their toll. Can Alex put a smile back on their faces.
