The Hotel Inspector: Stratford-Upon-Avon

A year ago, Kate and John Norris sold their family home and poured their savings into Nando's, a six-room B&B in upmarket Stratford-upon-Avon. Despite working 24/7, theirs is the only B&B on the street without an RAC diamond rating, cleanliness is wanting and business is sluggish. Ruth spots the problems immediately: besides sharing a name with a fast-food chain, the B&B is more shabby than classy. She packs the pair off to a four-star B&B nearby to show them how it's done.
