Meet Tommy Zoom. He's like any boy of his age but he has an imagination which turns him and his dog Daniel to superheroes and transports him from the real world into an animated one, where he and Daniel are confronted by their nemeses - Polluto and his sidekick, Smogg, the grubby-moggy cat.
