Stop-frame animation. Nestling in gently rolling hills is Timmy's nursery school, cosily housed in old farm buildings. Timmy dresses up as a doctor, but he will not take his costume off and insists on treating his classmates as patients. But when a mysterious case of spots breaks out during art time, his friends turn to Doctor Timmy to find the cure.
