Tickety Toc: Weather Time

Animated series about two lively twins who live inside a cuckoo clock. The twins decide to help Chikidee jazz up her weather reports. In addition to getting her to sing and dance to them, they enlist McCoggins's help to build a pop-up sun, a pop-up thundercloud (with lightning) and a powerful fan to simulate the wind. However, the fan is hit with a lightening bolt and goes haywire - blowing so hard that no-one can get near the clockhouse. Somehow they must find a way to turn it off or there will be no Chime Time!
