Tickety Toc: Pirate Time

Animation about twins who live in a cuckoo clock. Tommy and Tallulah are playing pirates. They are hunting for Madame Au Lait's treasure, but rival pirate Hopparoo keeps trying to commandeer their cardboard boat by telling them that it's Chime Time, causing them twice to abandon ship and run! So they don't believe him when Chime Time really comes round.
