Tickety Toc: Help a Friend Time

Colourful animated series about twins who live inside a cuckoo clock. Tommy and Tallulah are having fun helping their friends, but don't stop first to ask what their friends need. So Lopsiloo finds herself on the wrong side of the bridge, the wrong goods are served in Battersby's shop and Pufferty's favourite ball is thrown out when they tidy his kennel. It is only when they take McCoggins's scooter away for cleaning that they finally realise the error of their ways.
