Tickety Toc: Dress Up Time

Animation about twins who live in a cuckoo clock. Tommy and Tallulah love dressing up and surprising each other with their crazy costumes, but when they decide to surprise everybody else in town too Hopparoo is not impressed. In their efforts to surprise the bunny, they give the Spring Chicks such a fright that they barricade themselves in front of the clockhouse, blocking the way to Chime Time!
