Animation about twins who live in a cuckoo clock. Tommy and Talluah are determined to throw a magnificent party for McCoggins' birthday. They get everyone involved and have fun organising the decorations, music and food. But Chikidee gets stuck in a giant cake and rolls around causing chaos.
