Tickety Toc: Bell Ringing Time

Colourful animated series about twins who live inside a cuckoo clock. The twins are asked to collect McCoggins's bell for a town performance. Despite Battersby's warning that the clapper is fragile and doesn't have a spare, Tommy and Tallulah manage to break it. Deciding that they must make a replacement, they look everywhere for something to use and try some very unusual options. Will the bell be ready for Chime Time?
