Tickety Toc: Ball Time

Animated series about two lively twins who live inside a cuckoo clock. When the twins' ball is punctured, they use McCoggins's pump to blow it up again. But the pump will not stop and the ball gets bigger and bigger until it is the size of a house! McCoggins manages to release the pump, but then the air rushes out of the ball in a whoosh, rocketing off to a far off island with the twins attached! Can Moby Mick help get them home for Chime Time?
