Tom and Jerry must solve the case of why Red Herring keeps hearing people laughing at him when there's no one around. / Tom switches heads with a nine-foot monster but he still wants to chase Jerry instead of villagers. / Tom and Jerry work to create a perfect perfume for Toodles, and end up creating a storm from the clouds of perfume.
