Muscle Man breaks up with his girlfriend Starla leaving him an emotional mess and unable to work./Rigby hires a temp to do his work but gets jealous when the temp becomes tight with Mordecai./Rigby must figure out how to unjinx himself without talking./Mordecai and Rigby try to find a way to sneak into Muscle Man and Hi Five Ghost's party which they're not invited to./Mordecai and Rigby ask for favours by asking each other to do a solid. Mordecai has to persuade Rigby into coming with him on a double date by doing him many solids.
